We made our first visit to Florida in the summer of 2000; and we were very excited to see the magical "Walt Disney World". Having not visited Florida before we had no idea how unique and special this part of the world actually was. Disney World was great fun, but we soon discovered there was so much more to see and do, we were overwhelmed by the beautiful white sandy beaches, the amazing sunsets and lazy evenings.

We fell in love with Florida and took as many vacations as we could to the sunshine state, staying in privately owned villas near to all the sights and attractions. After each hectic day we would return to our vacation rental to unwind for the evening, as the sun set we would relax by the pool.

We soon realized that we wanted to own our very own luxury vacation home. Having now been owners for 2 years we have gained a large amount of knowledge and experience about the area and the rental property market. This has provided us with a unique insight into what each visitor is looking for when booking an Orlando villa.

We started to feel more at home in the sunshine state of Florida, and realized that we could do a better job than the service we were getting from our management Company, so this unexpectedly kick started our business Florida Our Villas. We believe that an essential part of any holiday are first impressions, if the vacation villa you are staying in meets your expectations and is warm and inviting, then we guarantee you will have a fantastic time.

We are a small and friendly team, with a role to play in the daily running of your vacation home, which we take very seriously. As home owners ourselves, we have experienced first hand the highs and lows of property management, making a firm commitment to constantly improve our own standards.

Florida Our Villas are fortunate enough to have our own, 'in house' maintenance manager, "Steve" who has a wealth of experience gained from many years in the Construction industry in the UK where he owned a building & plumbing business in which carried out a variety of works from new build homes to general maintenance. We guarantee all repairs to be dealt with promptly, which is considerably cheaper than bringing in outside labour.

In addition to providing property management and vacation rental services, we also help our clients buy & sell real estate in the Central Florida area. Our aim is to build lasting relationships; working in conjunction with you to manage, maintain and customize your home to your taste. We firmly believe in listening and communicating with you and respecting your needs as this is your home and your investment.
