1. Eligibility:

   To be eligible to participate in the Florida Our Villas Vacation Homes 2007 Promotion, participants must be at least 21 years old at the time of entry. This offer is only available if you have answered our questioner and accept that you will receive our latest promotions via e-mail. Employees and directors of Florida Our Villas, advertising & promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible. By entering this contest, participant agrees to these official rules and the decisions of Florida Our Villas Vacation Homes, which are final and binding in all respects.

2. How to Enter:

   To enter on the internet, click on $1 for a villa: and fill out the questionnaire form, including full name, address, daytime phone number, email address, The receipt of entries will not be acknowledged. Florida Our Villas Vacation Homes is under no obligation to use submitted entries in advertising and marketing materials. Florida Our Villas Vacation Homes will not be responsible for lost, delayed, illegible, incomplete or misdirected entries or any printing errors. Offer is limited to one per person per household. Mail in entries must be postmarked by August 31, 2008. Entries must be submitted on the website by Aug/31/2008.

3. Promotional Period:

   Promotional period begins on September 1st, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST), and ends on August 31st, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. (EST) ("Promotional Period"). The winner will be selected on or after August 5th, 2008. Reservation must be made for a stay within 12 months from drawing date (reservation must be made for dates prior to September 5th, 2009).

4. Prize:

   1 Grand Prize will be awarded, which will include: Seven night accommodation in a Florida Our Villas Vacation Home, private pool home for up to twelve guests (must agree to rental terms & conditions). Size and location of accommodation will vary based on size of party & availability & is at the discretion of Florida Our Villas Vacation Homes. Reservation may not be redeemed for high season dates. High Seasons include: Christmas, New Years & Easter (refer to website for high season dates). All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein (including, but not limited to: ground transportation from initial point of departure to airport, car rental, entertainment, airfare, meals, tips, parking, etc.) are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Once confirmed, trip dates can not be changed by winner; however, travel is subject to availability, blackout dates, and/or change due to circumstances beyond the control of Florida Our Villas Vacation Homes. In the event that we cannot find and/or contact an eligible winner, no prize will be awarded. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries. No substitutions will be allowed, and prize is non-transferable. No cash value or substitution will be awarded. Approximate Retail Value of prize: US $1,500.00 Winner must agree to rental terms & conditions of Florida Our Villas Vacation Homes.

   Florida Our Villas Vacation Homes: A Valid credit card in renter's name will be required at time of check-in for damage deposit.

6. Liability:

   By claiming a prize, winner agrees that the prize is awarded upon the condition that neither Florida Our Villas Vacation Homes or their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, agents, and/or advertising and promotional agencies, will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind related to participation in the sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of the prize. Acceptance of the prize shall constitute the winner's agreement that Florida Our Villas Vacation Homes may use and/or display the winner's likeness, biographical information and/or prize information without limitation for promotional purposes without further consideration where not prohibited by law.
